Interpretations of the Parables
of the New Testament

Parables are short stories full of comparisons and visual imagery designed to underline a point in a short, effective manner.

My work was to open up the very literal style of them and freeing them from most of our klichee filled associations concerning their morals and their historical context.
And in this process giving the parables a more justified and modern visual counterpart, than we get from all the well known art and imagery in the field. -Thus enabling the reader to obtain a more personal understanding and a deeper use of their teachings
